Ensuring the Best Experience
At The Salon at Warren, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures.

Scheduling an Appointment
Please help us by being on time for your appointment.
Our scheduling is designed to permit the maximum time needed. For your convenience, we recommend that our guests schedule their next appointment prior to leaving the salon. If you wish to change artist at any time, our staff understands and encourages your appreciation of all of our artists.
Cancellation
Please be courteous and allow a Minimum of 24 hours when cancelling an appointment to allow our staff time to offer the appointment to another client.
If notification is not received a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. (With certificates, the fee will be deducted from the certificate value.)
Cell Phones
For the consideration of all our patrons and to ensure our staff stay on schedule, we request that cell phones be used in the reception area only, and are turned off during all services.
Children
To ensure a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we ask the children to visit the salon only when receiving services themselves.
